Welcome to the world

A small celebration of a brand new beginning.

Beneath the glass dome rests a preserved dandelion — a delicate sphere once carried by the wind, now held safely in stillness. Preserved at its most luminous moment, the seed head becomes a symbol of possibility: tiny seeds ready to drift outward and take root in the world.

The base is inscribed with the words Welcome to the World, creating a keepsake that marks the beginning of a life filled with discovery, wonder and love.

Size: Cloche diameter 6cm | Height 10cm

The common dandelion, Taraxacum officinale, has long symbolised resilience, hope and the quiet promise of new beginnings. Its seeds travel on the wind, settling where they are meant to grow — a gentle reflection of the journeys that lie ahead.

Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural materials. Subtle variations in the dandelion seed head are part of its beauty and make every piece unique.

No maintenance is required. Please keep your wishing jar out of direct sunlight.
