At this time, we ship within Australia only, with the exception of jewellery items which are available for international delivery.

Flat rate shipping within Australia is $12 AUD.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the carrier.

Tracking is provided where available.

Please allow up to 1 week for creation before dispatch for standard and hand-finished pieces,

and up to 2 weeks for personalised orders.

During busy periods, production times may extend slightly.

If you need your piece by a specific date, please feel welcome to get in touch.

Each item is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural materials, making every item unique. Slight variations are part of its natural character and are not considered faults.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Personalised pieces are made to your specifications and are therefore unable to be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering. If you are unsure about wording or layout, you are always welcome to get in touch before your piece is created.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the outer box of the packaging. We will assess the damage and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
